Change Management - let's focus on people

Project managers often deal with projects that not only deliver “project products”, but also impacts the way employees work. Such projects cause changes in the organization and due to this fact, may face resistance of impacted employees and managers. Numerous cases indicate that those kinds of reactions may have negative impact on the success of implementation and the project ROI. That is why the ability to manage change successfully becomes one of the key competences of PM. Such competence equally requires hard skills as well as people skills, and that will be the focus of our event. 

During the event, practical hints& tips will be discussed around how to be successful in such situations from the perspective of a project manager or project team member.  

Our speaker for the event, Krzysztof Ogonowsky, is Change Management and Strategy Implementation expert, member of the PMI Poland Chapter from its’ origin and first in the CEE Prosci Certified Advanced Instructor. Krzysztof is also an active member of global structures of ACMP, owner and CEO of Silfra – Warsaw based consulting and training company. Keen on diving and NHL fan.

Event is open for both PMI members and non-members and will be held in English. Online events are free for all participants.
