Lecture Topic:  A Project at a Standstill, Systemic Approach

A stuck project, conflicts in a team, lack interest of stakeholders can be caused by insufficient or incorrect application of the project methodology, in people's qualifications and attitudes, but also in something more profound and hidden from the conventional view. Despite all efforts, the same patterns of situations and reactions return. Traditional solution procedures repeatedly fail.

In such cases, insight using systemic organizational constellations may be appropriate. This approach makes it possible to make some of the links and barriers in the system visible. It works with the feeling of information. It allows you to use intuition and thus enrich the analytical approach to the solution.

4. How to map and better understand a difficult situation?
5. How to find one, albeit a small step towards the solution?
