DESCRIPTION:We would like to invite&nbsp\;you for another online interactiv
 e session with topic: Leadership in&nbsp\;multi-cultural environment.
 We
  prepared this topic as reflection on the war conflict that caused massive
  number of Ukrainian refugees seeking shelters\, jobs and rebuilding their
  lives. For many people it might be the first experience with relocation t
 o different country. Fortunately\, many businesses and corporations quickl
 y offered job opportunities to welcome refugees and support their journey.
  Yet leaving your culture and getting used to habits of other nation remai
 ns a big challenge.  Our guest speakers are Iryna Khamayko | LinkedIn and 
 Imran Newaz Khurshid | LinkedIn. Iryna is leader of Ukrainian Educational 
 Center in Vienna with a mission to create a&nbsp\;safe space for young peo
 ple from Ukraine in Vienna and an environment in which they can see the fu
 ture and continue to grow.&nbsp\;Imran is expert on leadership and power s
 kills\, himself operating in various cultures\, promoting diversity and in
 clusion and member of leadership team of&nbsp\;PMI Sweden Chapter.&nbsp\; 
  On the interactive session we welcome you to share your own experience fr
 om multi-cultural environment and to provide advice for refugees and for c
 ompanies how to make the cultural transition as smooth as possible.&nbsp\;
