SUMMARY:How to learn to innovate?
DESCRIPTION:How to learn to innovate? Is innovation mostly about creativity
and great ideas coming to our mind in the middle of the night? Is it enou
gh to have a brilliant idea and then the magic happens? Or is it rather a
hard work and discipline that makes innovation anchored as part of the com
 pany operating model?
To tackle these questions\, we have invited the mo
st qualified speakers on this topic - Marc Gruber and Martin Medek.
 Marc
Gruber is a world-leading researcher in the domain of innovation\, entrep
reneurship and technology commercialization. He is co-author of the book \

ities\" that is appreciated as the leading framework on the identification
of new market opportunities (and\, thus new opportunities for value creat
ion). The framework was officially adopted as only the 4th tool in the Lea
n Toolset. Marc is a professor at the College of Management of Technology
at EPFL where he holds the Chair of Entrepreneurship and Technology Commer
cialization (ENTC) and was Vice President for Innovation at EPFL in the 20

ing resources to find new interactions with bank\, making banking more dig
