SUMMARY:Cyber Security in project management
DESCRIPTION:PMI Czech Republic chapter focuses on various aspects of projec
 t managers' lives. An important topic is cyber security\, which we have co
 vered before. We continue to strengthen the competences of project manager
 s in this area and have therefore prepared another online event.
 Our spe
 aker Greg Skulmoski is part of the Faculty of Society and Design at Bond U
 niversity. Greg is an award-winning project manager having led critical in
 frastructure projects in Australia\, Middle East\, and Canada. Greg’s in
 novative use of project management tools and processes won the CISO 2017 M
 iddle East Security Award (for risk management in digital transformation p
 rojects). Later\, Greg was one of the project managers for the Smartphone-
 Connected Pacemaker Devices program that placed third in Cleveland Clinic
 ’s Top 10 Medical Innovations for 2021. Dr. Skulmoski currently teaches 
 risk management and project innovation management at Bond University in th
 e Faculty of Society and Design\, in Australia. Greg’s teaching focus is
  on using practical processes and tools to successfully implement projects
 \, including digital transformation and metaverse projects. Greg’s criti
 cally acclaimed book – Shields Up: Cybersecurity Project Management brin
 gs together research and practice into a concise guide to cybersecurity pr
 ojects. Greg is writing Cybersecurity Readiness: A Project Management Appr
 oach to Training that provides a lean approach to cybersecurity general aw
 areness and role-based training scheduled for publication in 2023.
