 Project managers often deal with projects that not only deliver “p
 roject products”\, but also impacts the way employees work.&nbsp\;Such p
 rojects cause changes in the organization and due to this fact\, may face 
 resistance of impacted employees and managers.&nbsp\;Numerous cases indica
 te that those kinds of reactions may have negative impact on the success o
 f implementation and the project ROI.&nbsp\;That is why the ability to man
 age change successfully becomes one of the key competences of PM. Such com
 petence equally requires hard skills as well as people skills\, and that w
 ill be the focus of our event.&nbsp\;During the event\, practical hints&am
 p\; tips will be discussed&nbsp\;around how to be successful in such situa
 tions from the perspective of a project manager or project team member.&nb
 sp\;&nbsp\;Our speaker for the event\,&nbsp\;Krzysztof Ogonowsky\, is Chan
 ge Management and Strategy Implementation expert\, member of the PMI Polan
 d Chapter from its’ origin and first in the CEE Prosci Certified Advance
 d Instructor. Krzysztof is also an active member of global structures of A
 CMP\, owner and CEO of Silfra – Warsaw based consulting and training com
